Use the Reshade program, or copy the settings and edit the text file ''ReShadePreset.ini'' in the game folder.
The configured of the game ''contrast'' that I have is 53, ''brightness'' 51 and ''Gamma Correction'' 1.20... but that configuration can be edited to your liking.
